## Description

We are seeking an Intercompany Order Manager to join our team. As an Intercompany Order Manager, you will manage intercompany orders utilizing Corporate ERP (SAP) and/or Legacy Systems COMS, IOMS, Salesforce, BPCS, Lotus Notes databases, and other systems as applicable.

Responsibilities:

- Manage intercompany orders and ensure timely export of international orders

- Work directly with source of supply locations, BG/division supply chain, functional work streams, and/or 3PL freight forwarders

- Understand and support export rules and regulations to comply with source country and international Export Regulatory policies and procedures

- Manage inquiries/communication from/to 3M international subsidiaries regarding product availability, order status, expedites, etc.

- Ensure timely completion of Customer Feedback Resolution complaints for assigned countries

- Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and/or processes

- Participate in relevant corporate programs/initiatives and comply with professional and corporate policies and procedures

- Provide back-up support to other Intercompany team members as required

- Support Intercompany, Plant & Country ERP deployments as required

- Review and maintain documentation, SOPs, and job aids as required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- +2 years of experience in Customer Service

- SAP experience

- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, with advanced knowledge in Excel

- Self-motivated, fast learner, willing-to-learn, and works with minimal supervision

- High client service, quality-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset

- Lean Six Sigma trained/certified is a plus

- Ability to work well with teams, especially virtual and cross-functional

- Resourceful, can work well with ambiguity, and able to multi-task and prioritize urgency
