## Description

Cricut is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product roadmap for Creative Labs, a suite of digital tools and content experiences that extend Cricut beyond traditional cutting and crafting.

The successful candidate will partner with the Director of Product & Engineering to develop and maintain the product roadmap, evaluate opportunities, and develop recommendations for what to build and why.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining the product roadmap across the suite of creative tools and fabric and patterns library

- Translating roadmap priorities into clear initiatives, requirements, milestones, and outcomes

- Coordinating across Engineering, UX, Marketing, Customer Service, Analytics, Content, and other Cricut teams to align priorities and get the organization moving

- Developing a deep understanding of customers and their creative journeys through user research, customer feedback, product analytics, and direct engagement

- Partnering across the organization to launch new products and features successfully, establishing playbooks and support materials, and measuring results against defined product goals and success metrics
