## Description

We're looking for a great legal mind to help us build and drive the debate on privacy, marketing and advertising technology, big data, and AI. This role will support Adobe's CX Enterprise product portfolio and involve collaborating with various teams to guide the creation and application of Privacy-By-Design strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Product Legal, Engineering, Product, Security, and Marketing teams to guide the creation and application of Privacy-By-Design strategies for digital marketing products and technologies.

- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders to help make privacy a competitive differentiator for Adobe.

- Develop, apply, and evaluate privacy impact assessments for Adobe products and technologies, including new AI initiatives.

- Support Sales Legal and other legal teams on privacy negotiations with customers, partners, and vendors.

- Be a privacy brand ambassador on enterprise customer calls and in meetings with external collaborators.

- Be a privacy evangelist inside Adobe to help grow our culture of privacy.

- Assist with evaluating and implementing global self-regulatory and digital marketing requirements.

Requirements:

- J.D. degree and membership in at least one state bar.

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant privacy experience, including prior in-house or law firm experience.

- Strong interest in privacy law.

- Proven experience in the technical components of digital marketing products and technologies.

- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

- Strategic problem solver with excellent legal and business judgment.

- A meticulous, business-friendly teammate who can think creatively.

- Strong understanding and experience with both domestic and international privacy requirements.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a great sense of humor and dedication to integrity.

- Experience working collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.

The expected pay range for this position is $176,300 - $319,200 annually.
