CVS Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the team and contribute to architecture, application modernization, cloud adoption, AI integration, and enterprise solution delivery across business-critical platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Architect, design, develop, and support enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 8+, Web APIs, and Microservices

- Lead modernization initiatives involving IBM i (AS400/RPG/RPGLE/DB2) systems and integration with modern technology platforms

- Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including performance tuning, stored procedures, indexing, and ETL processes

- Implement AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, AI Agents, and Machine Learning services

- Develop and maintain scalable cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure

- Define architecture standards, security best practices, and development frameworks

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Lead development teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers

- Drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD automation, and application lifecycle management

**Required Qualifications:**

- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies (C#, or .Net framework)

- 3+ years of experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or GCP)

- 1+ year of Agentic AI tool experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with ASP.NET MVC/Core, REST APIs, Entity Framework, LINQ or Visual Studio

- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, Query Optimization, Performance Tuning or DB2

- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes or CI/CD Pipelines

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or AI Governance and Security

**Education:**

- Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

**Anticipated Weekly Hours:** 40

**Time Type:** Full time

**Pay Range:** $101,970.00 - $203,940.00
