## Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Swiggy Dineout team.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding and building relationships with 70-80 partner accounts in your assigned territory to grow the Dine-out business and service offerings.

Your primary objectives will be to:

- Onboard new accounts by explaining requirements to partners and coordinating with internal stakeholders

- Meet existing partners periodically to ensure accurate Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content and high image coverage

- Make persuasive presentations on the benefits of Dine Out plans and promotions for month-on-month growth

- Execute growth-forward activities such as offer alignments and marketing operations alignments

- Resolve issues such as diner denied payout and ensure seamless transactions for customers and partners

- Prepare growth plans for each account and gather competitor action insights

You will also be responsible for data interpretation and business performance management, including filtering relevant data from the Restaurant-facing dashboard and explaining key performance metrics to partners.

In addition, you will interact with various stakeholders, including partner support, sales operations, and finance teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 1.5-3 years of field sales experience

- Fluency in the local language and working knowledge of English

- Experience with e-commerce activities and online marketing channels

- Excellent communication and influencing skills

- Analytical skills and experience with Excel

- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
