## Description

The Program Manager leads end-to-end program execution and contracted delivery for TRSS customers, serving as a primary point of contact for contract performance, stakeholder engagement, renewal readiness, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the assigned contract portfolio and renewal life cycle

- Leading regular portfolio review activities with internal stakeholders

- Establishing productive relationships with key customer stakeholders

- Ensuring compliance with government regulations, industry standards, and contractual requirements

- Monitoring contract performance, pricing assumptions, and renewal-related financial inputs

- Using data, customer feedback, and performance insights to support informed decisions

- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve contract, delivery, or customer experience issues

- Maintaining a strong understanding of the assigned product, customer use cases, and value drivers

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

- 3–10+ years of experience in program management, account management, customer delivery, or a related field

- Experience supporting U.S. Government or federal government customers in a government contracting environment

- Growth mindset with the ability to identify customer needs, retention risks, and opportunities to expand value

- Demonstrated progressive program leadership experience, including account planning, contract renewal support, portfolio governance, and growth strategy

- Strong interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. National Security Clearance

- U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency or department of Federal Government requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with public records, investigative data, government data, or commercial data products

- Experience managing programs and/or accounts for Federal Government clients
