## Responsibilities

As a Contingent Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

- Simulating, designing, and validating chassis components using various simulation tools (dynamometers, rigs, and track tests)

- Providing feedback and producing technical reports

- Supporting electronic control systems on the race car

- Validating the control system design and application

- Optimizing the calibration for the system algorithms and functions utilizing real-time software

- Responsible for engine-related electronic control unit, ignition, switches, wiring harness systems, wiring looms, and connectors

- Creating development plans for concepts and component development

- Executing the test and validations required to achieve project goals

- Programming and operating the test cell/plans, develop engine and instrumentation calibration setting, and cell maintenance

- Reviewing testing methods to determine areas for improvement in accuracy, consistency, and processing results

## Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- 0-2 years of experience in engineering or related field

- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices
