## Description

We are seeking a Peripatetic Manager to oversee site leadership for services temporarily without permanent management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective leadership of people, resources, and operations, while maintaining the highest standards of care and service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring services meet all legal and statutory requirements

- Achieving regulatory and commissioning bodies' standards

- Maintaining high-quality service user documentation and records

- Developing effective working relationships with senior management and colleagues

- Implementing new services, driving referrals and admissions, and sharing best practices

- Managing budgets, maximizing income, and controlling expenditure

The ideal candidate will have:

- Significant previous social care leadership experience

- A detailed knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements

- Strong leadership and coaching skills

- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a matrix organization
