## Description

We're looking for an Engineering Manager I to lead a high-impact team building and supporting Pinterest's mid-funnel ad products. You will drive the technical direction and execution needed to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead an engineering team delivering mid-funnel ad products end to end

- Drive initiatives to apply AI across mid-funnel ad products

- Champion AI adoption in developer workflows

- Use AI to synthesize complex inputs into clear insights

- Serve as the engineering owner for this workstream

- Actively contribute code and lead implementation of key projects

- Build and maintain a healthy, high-trust team culture

- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

- 5+ years of industry experience building complex and user-facing products

- 1+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams

- Demonstrated experience using AI to improve speed and quality

- Strong track record of critically evaluating AI-assisted work

- High integrity and ownership

- Strong hands-on technical background in ads or similarly high-scale domains

- Exceptional collaboration skills with cross-functional partners

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience
