Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Newport Retail Park. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities:**

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp and focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience and ensure they get the products they want

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store

**Requirements:**

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings

**Working Hours:**

- Tuesday: 05:30-09:30

- Wednesday: 05:30-09:30

- Friday: 05:30-09:30

- Saturday: 05:30-09:30

- Sunday: 06:00-10:00

**Benefits:**

- Competitive hourly rate

- Unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for shifts between 22:00-06:00
