## Description

We are seeking a TMO Lead to join our Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics practice. As a TMO Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Transformation Management Office for a global luxury retail POS transformation. This involves owning the program operating model and governance, running the Quality Control Tower, leading standard-first governance, and tracking benefits and value.

Responsibilities:

- Own the program operating model and governance

- Run the Quality Control Tower

- Lead standard-first governance with the Design Authority

- Own market onboarding and business readiness

- Lead the change management and adoption plan

- Track benefits and value

- Define the transition model to Run

- Run the lessons-learned loop

Requirements:

- Broad business skill set including stakeholder management and problem-solving

- Experience building and growing the right-skilled team

- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- Proficiency in transformation office, operating model, and change management practices

- Understanding of quality engineering and SDLC governance

- Knowledge of retail operations and boutique processes

- Experience governing multi-vendor ecosystems
