## Description

Anduril Industries is a defence technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions. We create joint, time-sensitive, multi-domain, ubiquitous, connected mesh ecosystems.

As a Senior Mission Operations Engineer, you will manage the technical relationship with the Army Network Community, drive system-of-systems design, expand Anduril's scope through programmatic success, execute lab-based events, orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products, shape our products to meet Army intelligence workflows, and collaborate across nearly every Anduril team.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the team that serves as the primary technical interface between the Army Acquisition Enterprise and the Anduril Mission Command team.

- Ensure programs are designed as constraint-informed comprehensive system-of-systems.

- Execute Anduril's system-of-systems approach through the CPE C2IN Tiered Governance structure.

- Set conditions for expansion by delivering turn-key capability to existing programs.

- Inform Anduril's product roadmaps to ensure our commercial capabilities meet the needs of the Army Network Enterprise and operational end users.

- Understand connected systems and shape technical integration approaches with the Army community.

- Provide hands-on, basic operational and technical integration support for Anduril hardware and software capabilities.

- Design and implement user feedback loops to gather, triage, and prioritise requirements and integration hurdles.

- Collaborate with Anduril's software and hardware engineering teams to ensure our systems align with Army open architecture standards and interface guidelines.

Requirements:

- Deep domain expertise within the U.S. Army acquisition community.

- Experience developing computable, data-driven architectures for large system-of-system deployments.

- Proven experience in systems engineering roles within defence technology.

- Familiarity with Army connected C2.

- Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to travel (25-50%).

- Must possess active SECRET clearance.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including top-tier benefits for full-time employees, and a salary range of $167,000-$240,000 USD.
