## Description

We are seeking a Risk Manager to join our US Card Partnerships Delivery, Operations & Well Managed Team. As a Risk Manager, you will work closely with talented associates to build effective processes that drive efficient growth for the Partnerships business. You will have a high level of exposure across lines of business and will partner cross-functionally to identify potential risks in an open, collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Govern and oversee risks and controls related to contractual partner settlements

- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and other business functions to achieve objectives

- Review and approve contractual partner daily settlements and monthly partner compensation

- Facilitate monthly presentations of contractual compensation settlements with various teams

- Engage in due diligence for new and existing partner contracts

- Drive and deliver results and improvements in line with the business' well managed and risk agendas

- Identify broader needs and lead problem-solving using risk forums

- Partner cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership

- Perform and lead data and analytics initiatives for reporting

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree or military experience

- At least 4 years of Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Risk Management experience

- At least 3 years of Project or Process Management experience

- At least 3 years of experience supporting internal business clients

- At least 2 years of experience reporting and analyzing data

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- 5+ years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in Risk

- 5+ years of Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Risk Management experience

- 3+ years of experience in reporting and analyzing data

- Professional certifications in risk management or assurance

- PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Salary Information:**

- Chicago, IL: $138,100 - $157,700 per year

- McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 per year

- Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700 per year
