## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

You'll work Wednesday from 17:30-21:30 and Saturday from 12:00-20:30, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Provide style advice and excellent customer service

- Drive sales and grow our share in the style space

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, even under pressure

- Contribute to a positive store environment and support your colleagues

- Adapt to changing situations and priorities
