We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at our store located at 400 Marshall Rd, Superior, CO 80027-8623.

**Responsibilities** As a seasonal team member, you will:

- Provide exceptional guest service and support

- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced retail environment

- Stock, set, and sell Target products

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve operations

- Adapt to new technology and systems

- Resolve guest queries promptly and professionally

**Requirements** To succeed in this role, you should:

- Have a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues

- Be able to work independently and as part of a team

- Possess attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

- Be able to lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds

- Have a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
