As Engineering Manager for the Execution Sandbox team, you will own the end-to-end delivery of a new service and lead a team of senior ICs.

The Serverless Compute Platform is a rapidly growing product that powers massive growth in existing and new product lines.

Your responsibilities:

- Architect and launch the Execution Sandbox Service from inception to production scale

- Unify a fragmented compute surface by converging disparate CPU and GPU cluster management paths

- Collaborate with 5+ partner organisations to drive alignment on API contracts and shared milestones

- Shape product strategy through deep technical understanding and partnership with Product Management

Requirements:

- 5+ years managing engineers building and operating distributed systems in production

- BS or higher in Computer Science or a related field

- Deep technical fluency in infrastructure systems

- Experience with multi-cloud or multi-region service deployment

- Bias toward operational rigor and commitment to observability, SLOs, and healthy on-call cultures

- Ability to build and scale a high-caliber team

Pay Range Transparency: The pay range for this role is $180,500-$225,600 USD.
