## Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is seeking a leader to build, lead, and scale our Cybersecurity Consulting practice for our European region. This role will own the strategy, go-to-market, and P&L for Cybersecurity Consulting, helping clients across financial services, fintech, and merchant ecosystems strengthen their security posture in an evolving threat landscape.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Build Practice Strategy:

- Define and own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for VCA's Cybersecurity Consulting practice in Europe.

- Monitor market trends, client needs, and regulatory drivers to refine offerings.

- Build scalable, repeatable consulting offerings, methodologies, and frameworks.

- Establish governance, KPIs, and performance dashboards.

- Drive the P&L for the Cybersecurity Consulting practice.

- Cybersecurity Advisory Delivery:

- Provide expert guidance on areas such as cybersecurity strategy and operating model, risk assessment, security architecture, threat detection and response, incident response and recovery, and regulatory/security compliance.

- Evangelize Visa data, products and platforms into cybersecurity solutions.

- Represent Visa in industry forums, conferences and publications as a thought leader in cybersecurity and cyber fraud prevention.

- Business Development and Go-to-Market:

- Partner with Client Account Executives and regional Consulting teams to originate, shape, and close cybersecurity advisory opportunities.

- Develop thought leadership to position Visa Consulting & Analytics as a trusted cybersecurity advisor.

- Build strategic relationships with C-level and senior security stakeholders.

- Collaboration and Internal Partnership:

- Work closely with Visa's Cyber, Product, and RaIS teams to design integrated solutions.

- Collaborate with other Consulting & Analytics practices to create end-to-end client value propositions.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience:

- Professional experience in cybersecurity, with experience in consulting leadership or equivalent senior management roles.

- Proven track record of building and/or scaling a cybersecurity consulting practice.

- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder cybersecurity programs.

- Skills and Competencies:

- Deep expertise across core cybersecurity domains.

- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory and industry frameworks.

- Proven commercial acumen.

- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.

- Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling diverse, high-performing teams.
