## Description

Deliveroo is looking for a Software Engineer II (Full-Stack) to join the Storefront team. As a Software Engineer at Deliveroo, you will work on building the digital experiences behind merchants' own branded websites and apps. You will report to managers and group leads and deliver results.

Responsibilities:

- Improve code structure, architecture, and review code produced by your team.

- Simplify maintenance and operation of production systems, visibility, operational readiness, and health of your team's systems.

- Build relationships with other engineering teams and identify collaboration opportunities.

- Own larger pieces of work, assist with design and technical choices, and influence the roadmap within your team.

- Take an active role in the hiring process and conduct engineering interviews.

Expectations:

- Experience with Go and/or Python.

- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Experience with web architecture at scale (20krpm and above).

- Experience with "NoSQL" data backends and other (Redis, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch, Memcache).

- Experience solving logistical problems with software.
