## Description

Working as a Style Consultant at Target means being part of a team that delivers an exceptional guest experience through strong operations, visual merchandising, and outstanding customer service.

The role involves driving sales, maintaining a guest-ready floor, and providing an inspiring shopping experience. As a Style Consultant, you will:

- Execute visual standards and promotional signage to drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor

- Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs

- Sort and process freight, and locate merchandise in the backroom

- Set visual presentations and maintain product availability

- Support guest services, including order pickup and Drive-up

- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

To succeed in this role, you should:

- Enjoy interacting with guests and team members

- Thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

- Be flexible and able to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Have strong knowledge of apparel products and accessories

- Possess effective communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team

- Be able to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
