## Description

Join the Audi Revolut F1 Team as an Aero Performance Engineer. The team is based in three locations: Neuburg, Germany; Hinwil, Switzerland; and Bicester, United Kingdom.

As an Aero Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Live monitoring and real-time assessment of aerodynamic behavior during track sessions

- Providing feedback and recommendations to track engineering during race events

- Conducting in-depth post-event aerodynamic performance and correlation analysis

- Reporting findings to key stakeholders

- Advancing aerodynamic modeling techniques and associated software tools

- Collaborating with the Wind Tunnel Methodology group and Aero Analytics on testing strategy and aero map generation

Requirements:

- BSc, MSc or PhD in Aerospace Engineering or Motorsport with aerodynamics focus

- Proven F1 experience in an aerodynamicist or aero performance engineering role

- Strong knowledge of aerodynamic measurement techniques

- Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python programming

- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

- Ability to perform effectively under pressure with strong attention to detail

- Solid understanding of current Formula 1 aerodynamic principles and car design

- Willingness to travel to race events and test sessions

- Fluent English; German language skills a plus
