## Description

Join Marks & Spencer's team as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at Swindon Orbital Retail Park. You'll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role ensuring the store runs smoothly. This physically demanding, high-intensity role involves managing stock, handling deliveries, and maintaining the shop floor's appearance.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working flexibly across the store as needed

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Collaborating with colleagues across different functions

- Adapting quickly to changing demands, including early mornings and late evenings

Note that due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. Also, this role involves working with mechanical equipment, so applicants must be at least 18 years old.
