## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Procurement and Supplier Management team at OakNorth. The successful candidate will support end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing and contracting through to supplier due diligence, invoice processing, and performance management.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead sourcing and tendering activities for new and renewing supplier engagements.

- Manage contract lifecycle activities in collaboration with Legal.

- Support category management across key spend areas.

- Create and process purchase requisitions in NetSuite.

- Manage end-to-end supplier due diligence.

- Manage vendor onboarding and offboarding.

- Maintain trackers for supplier due diligence and spend.

- Support preparation of procurement dashboards and management reports.

- Serve as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

**Requirements**

- 3–5 years of experience in procurement operations or supplier management.

- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.

- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.

- Understanding of third-party risk management, procurement compliance frameworks, and ESG principles.

**Nice to Have**

- Familiarity with AI/ML tools.

- Experience with supplier due diligence processes.

- Exposure to category management.
