## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café in Plymouth as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly.

Your tasks will include:

- Being digitally confident to take and fulfil orders fast using our tools

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards while juggling orders and queues

- Delivering quality under pressure while focusing on delivering five-star service

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture that meets customer needs

- Adapting quickly and working where needed with pace

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Schedule:** Wk 1: Sun 10:00-17:00, Wed 11:00-18:00, Fri 11:00-18:00 Wk 2: Tue 11:00-18:00, Sat 10:30-18:00
