## Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales group in the North-Central region. You will report to the Director of Sales – Industrial Division and be responsible for developing sales representatives, managing accounts, and driving new business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide leadership to the sales group in the North-Central region

- Develop sales representatives with a focus on account management and sales closing techniques

- Support the Director of Sales with strategic account management and divisional customer analysis

- Oversee divisional P&L responsibilities

- Supervise 4 direct reports, with potential for additional reports as needed

**Travel Requirements:**

- Approximately 50% travel within the territory, depending on residence location

- Geography: Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business

- At least 10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products

- Experience in the Lubricants or Chemical industries preferred

- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience

- CRM experience, preferably Salesforce

- Proven success in opening new business and solid understanding of direct selling concepts

- Ability to foster collaborative relationships across inter-company departments and divisions

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
