## Description

We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join our team at FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH in Mannheim.

As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales in the Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein region (postcode areas 22-25). You will drive revenue, sales, and earnings growth in your sales area and develop new potential.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide technical sales support and advice to customers

- Drive revenue, sales, and earnings growth in your sales area

- Develop new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships

- Work closely with product management and development teams

- Present our company to customers and at trade fairs

- Collaborate with colleagues from different departments

Requirements:

- Degree in engineering or business studies, or equivalent qualification

- Experience in sales, preferably in a technical field

- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Regional affinity with the sales area

- Customer-focused and proactive approach
