## Description

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive, Manufacturing to join their Swiss Enterprise Sales team. The successful candidate will manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the manufacturing industry, leading a large, distributed extended account team. They will cultivate customer relationships, shape global account plans, and drive the full sales cycle across both existing accounts and new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

- Build, co-own, and execute comprehensive global account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential

- Cultivate and grow senior business relationships across new buyers and business domains

- Lead the full sales cycle , from pipeline development through contract close

- Forecast sales activity and revenue accurately while evangelising the Salesforce vision

Requirements:

- Proven track record of solution and technology selling within a strategic or global account setting

- Deep understanding of the business and technology requirements of enterprise customers in the manufacturing industry

- Skilled at building and nurturing senior relationships, negotiating complex deals, and operating with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written); proficiency in French is a strong advantage
