As a Chemical Operator, you'll play a key role in creating high-performance lubricants that power everything from cars to wind turbines. You'll work in a fast-paced, safety-first environment where your contributions truly matter.

Responsibilities: Blend raw materials into high-quality products based on precise customer specs Follow detailed batch instructions to ensure consistency and quality Use SAP software to manage inventory and production data Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (technical experience a plus!) 3+ years in manufacturing preferred Experience with compounding, blending, or mixing required Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying temperatures Basic computer skills (SAP, MS Office) A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
