Responsibilities:

- Welcome and bid farewell to each client

- Personalise the stay of our loyal customers

- Manage requests, incidents, and needs

- Ensure an efficient and memorable experience

- Coordinate with other departments

- Handle calls, emails, and requests

- Contribute to departmental objectives and the ALL programme

- Share ideas and energy to drive growth

Qualifications: We are looking for individuals who embody the Heartist spirit, combining heart and professionalism. You should:

- Enjoy human interaction and make guests feel welcome

- Remain calm under pressure

- Be organised and proactive

- Possess curiosity and a desire to learn and develop

- Work effectively in a team

- Have a good level of French and English (additional languages a plus)
