## Description

We are seeking a Breakfast Server to join our team at the 4-star Mercure Honfleur hotel, located in the heart of Honfleur, just a 5-minute walk from the port and city centre.

As a Breakfast Server, you will be responsible for:

- Setting up the breakfast buffet and dining area

- Welcoming guests

- Clearing and resetting tables

- Checking out guests (handling payment and departure)

- Monitoring stock levels and placing orders

- Preparing for the next day's breakfast service

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A diploma in hospitality or catering (e.g. CAP, Bac Pro)

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Excellent customer service skills

- Organisational and attention to detail skills

- Dynamic and proactive approach
