The EAX team is crucial to creating that connection through products that grow and engage our community of players. Some of our work includes: EA PLAY, our multi-platform subscription for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Steam; the EA desktop app, EA's direct-to-consumer PC games platform; and a host of other consumer experiences and strategies, all with the goal of engaging players across platforms and within our games.

The EAX In-game Experiences team is responsible for EA Connect, our social overlay facilitating cross-platform party, voip, quick messaging and game invites, used by multiple games such as FC, Battlefield, Madden and NHL.

We are looking for someone to help us build experiences like these, using JavaScript/React.

Responsibilities:

- Help develop products used in multiple EA games

- Work with an embedded JavaScript engine inside various game engines such as Frostbite

- Partner with game teams and ensure the code works in multiple configurations and on several platforms

- Design systems and APIs and contribute to technical design and reviews

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of JavaScript programming experience

- Experience using TypeScript

- Experience using React and/or React Native

- Experience of web and/or mobile applications
