As a Primary Care Sales Consultant- Downey, CA, you will be accountable for implementing sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product and driving launch activities for an anticipated launch for menopause.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and developing professional relationships with primary care physicians, pharmacy staff, and other customers

- Driving demand, clinical education, and sales by developing, coordinating, and implementing a strategic business plan

- Leveraging expertise and knowledge of the diabetes and menopause marketplace to anticipate and manage business opportunities and challenges

- Providing relevant input to other commercial colleagues on strategic and tactical planning

- Developing and implementing effective customer-specific business plans

- Prioritizing time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists

- Understanding customers' product and business needs and working to meet those needs while adhering to Bayer's ethics and compliance standards

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

- A bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in competitive landscapes

- A proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

- Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance

- A valid driver's license and clean driving record

In terms of compensation, employees can expect a salary between $120,960 and $181,440, with additional compensation potentially including a bonus or commission. Benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
