## Description

At Synopsys, we are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Staff DFT Product Engineer to join our Product Engineering Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing deep technical expertise in test solutions across design planning, implementation, and validation of Synopsys Test products.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading MBIST (Memory Built-In Self-Test) implementation and validation, driving, prototyping, and developing next-generation DFT methodologies and test suites to validate Synopsys SMS (Memory BIST) tool features, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to define, develop, and deliver innovative capabilities within Synopsys tools.

You will also be responsible for leading early-adopter customer engagements, coordinating design methodology alignment, flow reviews, and technical readiness, partnering closely with feature development teams to drive the delivery of AI-enabled DFT solutions, and providing technical support, training, and account management to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant industry experience, or an MS with 5+ years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline. You will also need to have technical excellence and hands-on expertise in RTL design, DFT insertion, ATPG, and end-to-end MBIST solution development, as well as a deep understanding of memory architectures and test principles, including fault models, MBIST algorithms, and repair strategies.
