## Description

The Core Experience team at Ford Motor Company is seeking a Digital Product Designer to help define the next generation of in-vehicle experiences. As a Digital Product Designer, you will work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver core apps that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

- Help shape the future of digital experiences for Ford and Lincoln vehicles

- Work with cross-disciplinary teams to create interfaces that meet customer expectations

- Translate early concepts into thorough design solutions and prototypes

- Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams to ensure experiences align with customer needs

- Iterate and bring digital products to life through implementation with development partners

- Design, manage, and adapt design systems, components, and prototypes

- Present design strategy to leadership and executives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Digital Product Design or related fields

- 3+ years of experience in product design roles

- 2+ years of experience working across product teams

- Strong systems thinking and communication skills

- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools

- Proven ability to deliver impactful design solutions

Salary: $68,300-$175,000 (or $68,300-$185,000 for Bay Area-based candidates)
