## Description

Ford Business Solutions is looking for a Digital Marketing Incentive Coordinator to join the Marketing & Sales team in the Váci Greens office.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the newly established Digital incentive processes by marketing/incentive program setup in dedicated system (Vincent) including program writing, testing and checking against approved proposal

- Coordinate and launch incentives for new products in E-Commerce/Build&Price/Inventory showroom

- Monitor active incentives on live websites and verify pricing accuracy against approved proposals

- Cross skill team coordination of incentive updates across European markets

- Actively participate in developing new processes/templates

- Document, test, coordinate the implementation of process changes

- Assist Campaigns Management/Marketing/Sales/Finance with reports to effectively manage the marketing programs

- Effectively communicate with Marketing/Sales/Finance/Campaigns Management Team to be aware of all key issues

- Ensure compliance with corporate requirements (Internal Control)

Qualifications:

- Fluency in English; good command of French/Spanish/Italian/German is an advantage

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other related fields

- Persistent attitude, monotony tolerance - excellent administrative skills

- Strong business and customer focus, good presentation skills

- Analytical mindset, structured thinking, ability to understand and improve processes

- Project mindset – ability to handle complex task simultaneously

- Work experience in Marketing/Sales/Finance is a plus

- Occasional travel within Europe may be required

- Interest in and aptitude for using IT tools, e.g., Python
