## Description

We are seeking a Fund CFO/Fund Operations Specialist to join our DWS Alternatives team in London. The successful candidate will be part of the Fund CFO team within Infrastructure Investments, focusing on core operational efficiency across the platform.

Responsibilities:

- Review quarterly investor reports and fund metrics for each Fund

- Manage investor queries across all Funds

- Participate in the set-up of acquisition/investment structures

- Determine the most appropriate accounting treatment for new acquisitions

- Devise funding for asset acquisition and add-ons/follow-on investments

- Maintain and establish relationships with independent directors, independent valuers, and other key relationships

- Maintain co-investment and carried interest calculations across each Fund

- Forecast cashflows and manage Fund models at each Fund level

- Execute the fund facility for each Fund

- Execute co-invest structures including working out the allocation across funds/repatriation mechanics

Requirements:

- ACA (or equivalent accounting qualification) with proven PQE supporting Infrastructure and/or Private Equity funds

- Proven recent experience across Alternatives funds, with a focus on Private Equity strategies preferred

- Ability to translate complex situations into succinct action points

- Proven experience across topics such as investor reporting and fund performance

- Motivated team member with strong attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills

- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
