## Description

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our ENT clinic team in South Ogden, Utah. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, and you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet each patient with a friendly welcome

- Maintain an efficient workflow at the reception desk

- Professionally answer phone calls and take messages

- Learn and use multiple systems to schedule, reschedule, and check-in patients for appointments

- Collect and apply copays and balances

- Update patient demographics

- Verify insurance and eligibility

- Send pre-registration to patients

- Balance the end-of-day reports

- Keep lobby and reception area tidy

Qualifications:

- Positive attitude and strong communication skills

- Excellent customer service and computer skills

- Ability to work well with people and have outstanding interpersonal skills

- Excellent telephone etiquette

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Organized with good time management skills

- Professionalism in dress and language

- Punctuality and reliability are imperative

- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team

- Medical office experience is a plus but not required

Hours: 20-25 hours weekly
