## Description

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel. As the primary strategic business leader, you will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel's operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, with at least 8 years of experience in management operations, sales, and marketing. A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major is required, or a 4-year bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing business strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share

- Building strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers

- Managing and developing a high-performance leadership team

- Driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies

- Ensuring compliance with Marriott and Renaissance brand standards

- Analyzing business data to inform future business decisions

- Fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and employee engagement
