Ice Miller is seeking summer associates to join our New York office in the private equity, M&A and leveraged finance practices.

The summer associate program includes:

- Opportunities to develop direct working relationships with our attorneys to enhance your research, writing, and presentation skills

- Staffing on active transactions

- Guidance, mentoring, and regular feedback

We seek summer associates who:

- Excel in a team environment

- Demonstrate leadership skills

- Have prior work experience, including legal, military, or service industry experience

- Are curious, motivated, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environments

- Manage their time and their projects diligently

- Have prior experiences that prepare them to work with attorneys, staff, and clients from cultures and backgrounds different from their own

- Have permanent authorization to work in the United States

- Have obtained an undergraduate degree and are enrolled in the JD class of 2028 at an accredited law school

- In New York, we only hire students for our transactional practice and who have undergraduate degrees in business, finance, accounting, entrepreneurship, or economics
