## Description

City & Hackney Integrated Primary Care (C&H IPC) is seeking a Strategic Business Development Consultant to join the team in a hybrid role. The consultant will provide specialist strategic expertise to establish and develop IPCs Business Development function, strengthen organisational capability and support readiness for future commissioning opportunities.

The consultant will work closely with the Executive Team to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, build a pipeline of future contracts and funding opportunities, and support innovative service models that contribute to IPCs long-term sustainability.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the development and implementation of IPCs Business Development strategy

- Identifying and assessing new commissioning, funding and partnership opportunities

- Undertaking market analysis, horizon scanning and competitor reviews

- Developing business cases, bids, proposals and investment papers

- Building productive relationships with commissioners, NHS organisations, local authorities and stakeholders

- Representing IPC at meetings, workshops and partnership events

- Supporting organisational readiness for future neighbourhood commissioning arrangements

- Exploring opportunities to develop AI-enabled services, digital transformation initiatives and innovative delivery models

The consultant will work with IPCs Chief Executive, Head of Business Development and Executive Team, as well as GP practices, PCNs, commissioners, NHS providers, local authorities and wider strategic partners.

The role is part-time, home or remote working, with a fixed term contract for 6 months, and a salary of £400 per day.
