## Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team.

As an HR Intern, you will provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Support the onboarding process as needed.

- Support the maintenance of Tracking sheets/ HR databases.

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events as needed.

- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Physical requirements:

- This job operates in an office environment.

- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.

- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
