## Description

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking an Area Sales Manager to join their sales team in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

In this role, you will provide leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance to sales representatives in the Fort Wayne market.

Key responsibilities include:

- Recruiting, training, and onboarding sales professionals within the territory

- Developing and delivering weekly training programs to build skills and sales effectiveness

- Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales representatives

- Monitoring sales activity and holding the team accountable for performance

- Partnering with local and corporate leadership to align goals and strategies

The ideal candidate will have:

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience

- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or coaching capacity

- Proven success in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales professionals

- Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills
