## Description

The CMF Sr. Engineer is responsible for Materials Formulation research, development, and the Logitech Mice and Keyboard products NPI CMF process design.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and optimize material formulations for new and existing products

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that CMF specifications are met

- Select and source raw materials that meet CMF requirements

- Conduct material testing and characterization

- Stay up-to-date on the latest CMF trends and technologies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in material formulation

- New product CMF engineering design, making the link between ID/CMF design and manufacturing to achieve optimal user experiences and manufacturability

- Conduct fast prototyping to evaluate ideas and experience to help the project team understand consumer needs and feasibility

- Translate concept descriptions from Design and marketing into feasible/achievable engineering activities

**Key Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering

- 5+ years of experience in material formulation development, preferably in the CMF industry

- 2+ years of 3C products CMF engineering experience

- Proficient level of both written and spoken English

- Experience with resin or paint/ink formulation development

- Strong understanding of materials science

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
