## Description

Ajax Systems, a Ukrainian success story, is seeking an HR Documentation Specialist. The company offers comprehensive security solutions for residential and commercial properties, with a portfolio of 280 devices.

**Responsibilities:**

- Administer personnel records according to Ukrainian labor laws.

- Document employee absences.

- Prepare orders for bonuses, financial assistance, and other payments.

- Maintain staff schedules.

- Work with 1C ZUP database, managing all personnel documentation.

- Automate personnel records, participate in transitioning to SAP.

- Develop regulations, local normative documents, and more.

- Provide HR consultations to employees.

**Requirements:**

- Experience with 1C and SAP programs.

- Knowledge of Ukrainian labor laws and practical experience applying them.

- High attention to detail and sense of responsibility.

- Organizational skills, systematic approach to work, and ability to prioritize effectively.

- Flexibility, adaptability, and quick response to changes.
