## Description

Zscaler is seeking an AI Enablement Architect to join its team. This hybrid role, located in Santa Clara, CA or Bellevue, WA, reports to the Director, People Success Enablement. The successful candidate will develop and scale company-wide enablement initiatives, focusing on AI-native solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Design and deploy conversational agents, contextual digital coaches, and workflow-embedded guidance.

- Architect and scale company-wide AI capability-building initiatives.

- Facilitate interactive learning labs and champion human-AI collaboration.

- Develop holistic enablement measurement frameworks.

Requirements:

- Hands-on daily proficiency with modern generative AI tools.

- 5+ years of experience in enablement, talent development, or instructional design.

- Proven track record designing modern learning assets and facilitating engaging workshops.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience designing agentic learning solutions or AI literacy curricula.

- Background driving enablement or change initiatives in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments.

- Track record of measuring enablement success through behavioral scorecards and tangible business impact metrics.
