## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Manager to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote the Red Bull brand, products, and events.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing communication strategies and positioning messages to maintain the Red Bull brand's relevance and generate buzz

- Leading earned media strategy, building relationships with key media outlets and influencers

- Identifying opportunities for conversations around sports, culture, and products, and translating them into communication ideas

- Developing strategic partnerships with national and regional media outlets

- Leading corporate communication, including product communication, crisis management, and consumer affairs

- Managing communication agencies and freelance networks

- Monitoring key media outlets to generate impactful buzz around the Red Bull brand

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communication, or related field

- Experience in communication or strategy in brands or media focused on culture or sports

- Proven track record of leading teams, projects, and achieving brand reach and engagement through earned media amplification

- Advanced fluency in English
