## Description

As a Dealer Success Manager, you will operate as a Strategic Consultant and Customer-Centric Partner to Capital One's auto dealers. Your primary goal will be to anchor your efforts firmly within the Capital One Sales Process.

You will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and POD team members to develop and execute cohesive market strategies and achieve unified sales goals

- Driving superior success by contributing to and supporting the POD's sales efforts for Navigator Platform

- Owning the customer adoption and retention lifecycle

- Providing subject matter expertise on processes and Navigator Platform when representing the Sales organization

- Troubleshooting product and process issues related to Navigator Platform

- Conducting frequent in-market visits to dealerships to foster relationships and execute the customer enablement cycle

This role requires:

- High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification

- At least 1 year of experience in Process Management

- At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management

Preferred qualifications include:

- Bachelor's Degree

- 2+ years of experience in Process Management

- 2+ years of experience in Relationship management

The salary range for this role is $109,900 - $125,400 per year.
