## Description

Join Red Bull as an On Premise Sales Specialist - Musketeer and become a true brand ambassador. You'll establish relationships with key influencers, industry players, and business partners to build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the On Premise universe (HORECA)

- Build credibility and reliability as the face of Red Bull On Premise

- Deliver excellence in all activities and executions to maintain Red Bull's premium brand image

- Identify innovative measures to exploit Red Bull's full potential in the future

- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities

- Manage internal and external resources to drive efficiency and effectiveness

- Negotiate win-win partnership agreements that add value to both Red Bull's business and the customer's business

- Leverage communication, sales, and marketing abilities to keep Red Bull number one On Premise

**Requirements:**

- 1-3 years of Sales and Marketing experience (previous experience in hospitality, night-life, and/or FMCG industry is an asset)

- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think outside the box

- Strategic, innovative, and commercially aware with understanding of sales and finance processes

- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills

- Strong analytical ability and prioritization, organizational, and time management skills

- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

- Integrated into the local scene and community (authentic and credible)

- Demonstrable social networking experience

- IT and MS Office literacy

- Military service completed
