As a Senior Manager, Facility Development & Expansion, you will oversee the development of a new facility from the ground up, while simultaneously managing the expansion of an existing operational site.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a new facility and expansion of an existing site.

- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and governance frameworks.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Laboratory Operations, Facilities, Quality, Regulatory, IT, Finance, Procurement, and external partners.

- Drive facility design, commissioning, qualification, validation, and operational readiness activities.

- Ensure compliance with GMP and applicable regulatory requirements.

- Manage stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and executive reporting.

- Oversee facility handover and successful transition into operations.

- Provide regular updates to executive team on project progress, timeline and budget status.

**About You**

- Degree qualified in Engineering, Life Sciences, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Significant program/project management experience delivering laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or other regulated facilities.

- Proven success managing capital projects from concept through operational handover.

- Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, facility commissioning, validation, and GMP environments.

- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and influencing skills.
