## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stane Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, adapting to changing demands and priorities

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products, staying up-to-date on new offerings

- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, maintaining focus and composure during busy periods

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Your schedule will be: Sun 10:00 - 14:00 Mon 10:00 - 16:00 Wed 09:00 - 13:30 Thurs 07:30 - 14:00
