## Description

WSP is seeking a Junior Project Controls Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in Glastonbury. This is a hybrid position.

The Junior Project Controls Scheduler will assist senior schedulers in reviewing contractor schedules for compliance with contract documents, track and verify progress against baseline schedules, and support critical path analysis and schedule quality reviews.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting in reviewing contractor schedules for compliance

- Tracking and verifying progress against baseline schedules

- Supporting critical path analysis and schedule quality reviews

- Collecting and validating schedule progress information

- Preparing schedule updates, progress narratives, and graphical reports

- Supporting 'What-If' and recovery schedule scenarios

- Assisting with Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and claims reviews

- Developing planning schedules and resource/cost loading concepts

- Participating in schedule review meetings and collaborating with project teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering Technology, or related field

- 1-3 years of experience in construction, project controls, scheduling, inspection, field engineering, or related disciplines

- Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
